做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
