做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
