做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
