做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
