做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
