做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
