做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
