做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
