做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
