做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
