做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
