做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
