做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
