做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
