做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
