做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
