做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
