做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
